This Chair Needs Flair! Enter The “Dress Up The D-Lux” Design Competition

Ever thought you could do so much more with an ordinary chair? Belgian furniture manufacturer Royal Botania is launching its “Dress up the D-Lux” competition, where designers have the chance to take seating to a new level. The winning design will be fully constructed and put up for auction at the New York Design Trust’s 2012 Art + Design Benefit on November 7th. The winner will also receive an exclusive invite to a fancy industry party, with a chance to network with the likes of Danny Meyer and David Rockwell. Submissions are due September 28th at usa@royalbotania.net. This year’s design theme is “Urban Agriculture.” Good luck!
